The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including hardscaping, mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our landscaping team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Maintain grounds by removing debris and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and pruning. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. (Preferebly 2-5 Years Experience) Knowledge of hardscaping techniques is a plus. Ability to dig, lift, and carry heavy materials as needed. Familiarity with tree care practices is beneficial. Proficiency in using hand tools and basic landscaping equipment. Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating machinery effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
