Full Job Description ENGLISH:

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance. This position involves operating equipment such as lawn mowers, weed trimmers, and blowers. Applicants should be team-oriented, dependable, and prepared to work in demanding outdoor conditions, including heat and sun exposure. Duties Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, string trimmers (weed eaters), blowers, and other tools. Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris cleanup. Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the day. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear when operating machinery. Adapt to working in various outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment to and from job sites. Communicate clearly with team leads regarding progress and any on-site issues. Support other landscaping tasks as needed, including planting, mulching, or seasonal cleanup.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor is highly valued. Familiarity with operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, showing dependability and a strong work ethic. Comfortable performing physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat. Basic knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow company procedures. Bilingual communication skills (ex: English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required.•

Saber usar y cuidar máquinas como cortadoras, desmalezadoras y sopladoras. Ser responsable, trabajar bien con otros, y tener buena actitud. Poder hacer trabajo físico bajo el sol o en clima caliente. Conocer lo básico de seguridad en el trabajo. Hablar inglés y español es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
