Summary As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be essential in enhancing the visual appeal and organization of our vendor garden centers. You will utilize your core skills in stocking, merchandising, and customer service to create an inviting shopping experience. You will ensure efficient product handling and display. Additionally, your relevant skills in communication and organizational abilities will foster strong customer relationships and contribute to sales growth. Join our team to help cultivate a vibrant and successful garden center environment. You must be dependable, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, and willing to work hard. You’ll be working outside or in partial shelter and lifting and moving plants in garden centers. This is a growth position, with plenty of opportunity to learn.
We need you to:
- Have dependable transportation with insurance
- Have a reasonably clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; also work in all weather conditions as required
- Retail experience helpful
- Bilingual abilities a plus
