The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and lawn care, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-kept and visually appealing. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks effectively. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Execute groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while ensuring proper soil preparation. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as directed. Regularly inspect landscapes for signs of pests or disease and report any issues to supervisors. Clean up debris from work areas to maintain a tidy environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Basic mechanical knowledge for minor equipment repairs is a plus. Strong understanding of lawn care practices, including fertilization and pest control methods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
