Golf Course Maintenance Confidential Orlando, FL 32833 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. Duties Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and irrigation of lawns and gardens. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain the appearance of the grounds. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly. Assist in planting, maintaining, and caring for various plants, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed. Maintain cleanliness in all outdoor areas, including pathways, parking lots, and recreational spaces. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. A passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces is a plus.
