Spanning over 166 acres, our club features a variety of amenities including tennis courts, a renovated golf course, a junior-Olympic sized swimming pool, and a wellness center. Job Summary and Position Objective:
This position works with golf course management and staff to provide excellent golf course, landscaping and grounds work in a detailed fashion while abiding with club policies as indicated in the Employee Handbook.
Essential Functions:
Functions of this position include, but are not limited to, mowing, weed eating, operating mechanical equipment, fertilizing, bending, tree work, ability to lift maximum 50lbs and the ability to consistently work in outdoor conditions. Physical requirements include ability to stand up to 8 hours per day, bend, lift, twist and squat. Must adhere to the Club’s safety protocol. Required Competencies, experience and/or skills: Our team is willing to train the right person with a willingness to learn, be proactive and punctual with a good attitude and a team mindset. The ability to operate a motor vehicle, has a clean driving record and a valid Florida driver’s license.
Work Environment:
Ability to work in outdoor conditions consistently is mandatory which includes hot/humid weather, light rain, cold temperatures, etc.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift maximum 50lbs along with the ability to perform hand work such as walk mowing, weed eating, tree work, etc.
Expected Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday consists of 36 hours per week with a 5am to 6am start time with 8 hours worked on Saturday and Sunday combined biweekly (one weekend off and next weekend on rotation)

Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma, and/or equivalent.
