The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando
Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando
Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America
AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country
We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year
The role you’ll contribute:
Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment. Duties may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, spraying, edging, pruning and sprinkler installation. Must be able to work odd hours to get work completed. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Planting, Mowing, Edging, Mulching, Daily Trash/Debris Clean-up, Trimming, Pruning, Blowing, Watering, Spraying in accordance with campus schedules and department standards
Treat nuisance weeds and undesirable vegetation in landscape bedding whether it be by chemical or physical means. Follow detailed department expectations for how and when to treat
Be a very strong team player with a positive attitude
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
