The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and equipment for planting, cultivating, and maintaining gardens. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular groundskeeping duties to ensure properties are clean and well-maintained. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed. Maintain equipment by performing basic mechanical checks and reporting any issues. Collaborate with team members on various landscaping projects while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist in the upkeep of landscaping equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and hardscape installation.
