As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist with garden care, including planting, weeding, and mulching. Engage in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Operate equipment for snow plowing during winter months. Dig and prepare soil for planting as needed. Build landscape features such as flower beds or retaining walls. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating various landscaping equipment. Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is a plus. Familiarity with lawn care practices and garden maintenance techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
