The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in landscape care. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth. Assist in the installation of new landscape features such as plants, trees, and shrubs. Maintain existing gardens by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing as needed. Build and maintain hardscape elements like patios and walkways. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as required. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping machinery and tools. Experience in landscape maintenance practices is preferred. Familiarity with lawn care techniques to ensure optimal growth and appearance. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good physical stamina for performing labor-intensive tasks throughout the day. Knowledge of garden design principles is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
