Landscape Technician TheGreenGravel LLC Orlando, FL Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills to enhance and maintain beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks including irrigation, garden care, tree trimming, and hardscaping. The Landscape Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding to keep properties looking pristine. Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively, ensuring proper water distribution for optimal plant health. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed. Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; demonstrate mechanical knowledge for minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently and safely. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous. Experience with hardscaping projects is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is beneficial.
