The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and functional. This role requires a combination of physical labor, and a passion for landscaping. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate gardens and lawns to ensure proper hydration and health of plants. Dig, plant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other garden elements. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues such as pests or diseases. Maintain groundskeeping standards by clearing debris and ensuring cleanliness of outdoor areas. Assist in the installation of irrigation systems and perform routine maintenance on existing systems. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience in landscape maintenance practices including lawn care techniques. Ability to effectively irrigate plants and manage water resources efficiently. Knowledge of groundskeeping principles to maintain aesthetic appeal of properties. Capability to dig, plant, and maintain various types of gardens effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
