Job Description As a Grounds Person, you will: Operate a company pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as needed.
Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers.
Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas near the highway.
Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
Clean grounds and remove litter.
Empty trash cans in the public area buildings.
Empty dumpsters.
Operates trash compactor.
Empty the recycle bins.
Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers.
Leave the area in a clean, neat, and safe condition. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment. Qualifications Valid FL state Driver’s License. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
