The Irlo is a vibrant residential and short-term rental property in Kissimmee, offering a stylish, resort-style living experience. We are seeking a reliable, English-speaking Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our property. This role is essential to creating an inviting environment for both long-term residents and short-term guests.

Responsibilities:

Maintain all outdoor areas including walkways, courtyards, pool pavilion, playground, and parking lots Perform daily trash pickup around the property Blow leaves and debris from common areas and sidewalks Mow, edge, trim, and weed landscaped areas as needed Water and fertilize plants and grass Report damage, hazards, or repair needs to the maintenance team Assist with event or seasonal setup and cleanup when requested Help move materials and supplies as needed Ensure tools and groundskeeping equipment are used and stored safely and correctly

Requirements:

Basic English proficiency (must be able to communicate clearly with staff and follow verbal and written instructions) Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property upkeep preferred Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate tools such as blowers, edgers, and mowers Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

8AM to 5:00 PM Occasional weekends or evenings for special events or clean-up

Compensation:
