Lawn/Landscape Crew Member Exalt Outdoor Services LLC Saint Cloud, FL 34769 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong attention to detail. This role involves maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring that lawns and gardens are well-kept and thriving. The Lawn Care Crew Member will work closely with a team to provide high-quality lawn care services, including mowing, irrigation, and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain neat and healthy lawns. Assist in landscape maintenance activities including planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate gardens and lawns as needed to ensure proper hydration. Participate in hardscape projects such as installing patios or walkways when required. Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing minor repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Skills Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
