The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in various maintenance tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping. This role is essential in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform regular maintenance and repairs on landscape equipment and tools. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate and manage watering systems to ensure healthy plant growth. Care for trees, including pruning and health assessments. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and mulching as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Assist in groundskeeping activities to uphold the appearance of the property. Report any major repairs or safety issues to the management promptly. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining equipment. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including lawn care and gardening. Experience in tree care and groundskeeping is preferred. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
