The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscape of our facilities, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Duties Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure optimal growth of plants and grass. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or improvement. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other plant life through proper care techniques. Assist in the installation of new landscaping features as needed. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition, performing basic repairs when necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently and safely. Qualifications Experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care practices and irrigation systems is a plus. Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed. A willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care is essential.
