Groundskeeper Rental Asset Management Riviera Beach, FL Job Details $18 – $20 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Janitorial experience Construction painting English Groundskeeping High school diploma or GED Landscaping Communication skills Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Main Purpose As a Groundskeeper at RAM, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of both exterior and interior common areas across residential properties. This includes groundskeeping, basic upkeep of units and amenities, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting and repairs as needed. Your work ensures a high-quality living environment for residents and supports the overall appeal of the community. Essential Functions Grounds & Common Area Maintenance Maintain exterior areas of the property including lawns, sidewalks, parking lots, and dumpster areas through tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, raking, and trash pickup Clean and maintain indoor common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, lobbies, and amenities (e.g., pool areas, clubhouses, gyms) Support with turnover preparation by cleaning or assisting in the upkeep of vacant units Maintain a neat, clean, and hazard-free environment throughout the property Maintenance Support Perform painting and touch-ups in common areas or units as directed Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor drywall repairs, or fixing loose hardware Help identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager Support seasonal property needs (e.g., planting, pressure washing) Standards & Safety Ensure all tasks meet RAM’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal Use company tools and equipment safely and responsibly Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and company-specific protocols Maintain proper storage and care of cleaning and landscaping supplies Qualifications & Requirements At least 6 months of experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, maintenance, or related roles High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and light maintenance equipment Basic painting and repair skills preferred Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if required How to Apply If you enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces, and take pride in the details, we’d love to hear from you.
