Golf Course Laborer – Join Our Team at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club! Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the beauty of a premier golf course in Jupiter, Florida? Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Golf Course Laborer to join our Golf Course Maintenance team! This is a full-time position starting at $15.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

As a Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our golf course in top condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine manual labor for golf course maintenance. Conducting semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance tasks. Operating small hand-powered equipment and occasionally larger machinery like tractors and mowers. Maintaining designated holes on the golf course, including trimming greens, aprons, and tees. Raking edges and keeping our sand bunkers pristine. Maintaining ball washers, replacing tee towels, and flags. Removing debris and cleaning flower beds to keep our grounds beautiful. Reporting any equipment issues or failures promptly. Ensuring all equipment is returned to its designated location and maintenance areas are clean. Assisting with project work, including the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways. Grading and preparing soil bases, and laying sod and seeds for various areas. Installing forms and laying walks and paths using gravel and asphalt mixes. Excavating and backfilling ditches and trenches with hand tools. Performing other duties as directed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of methods and materials used in grounds and landscape construction/maintenance. Ability to use manual and power tools and equipment effectively. Capability to operate light motorized equipment. Physical strength, stamina, and agility are essential for this role. Ability to follow both oral and written directions.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves frequent sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Occasional lifting of 25 pounds or more, bending, and reaching forward and above are also required.
