Landscape Technician leafmans lawn care llc Loxahatchee, FL 33470 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with a focus on providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial lawns, gardens, and landscapes. The Lawn Care Specialist will work outdoors in various weather conditions and will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating lawns. Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and maintain appearance. Operate various landscaping equipment safely and effectively, demonstrating mechanical knowledge. Assist in building landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, or pathways. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after use to ensure longevity and safety. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of groundskeeping practices including pest control, irrigation systems, and soil management. Familiarity with garden maintenance techniques is a plus. Must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions throughout the year. $17.00 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
