Landscaper Sedlak Landscape management Loxahatchee, FL 33470 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, lawn care, and overall landscape management, ensuring that properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Irrigate landscapes using appropriate techniques to ensure healthy plant growth. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Build and maintain garden beds, walkways, and other landscape features. Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers safely and efficiently. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of equipment to job sites.
