This role is essential in maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to enhance and maintain residential and commercial properties. Duties Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Perform tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Assist in building hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service. Requirements Mechanical knowledge is preferred for the maintenance of lawn care equipment. Experience with hardscape installation is a plus. Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and tree care practices. Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Ability to use hand tools for various landscaping tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
