Lawn Maintenance Foreman Green Image Landscaping & Tree Service 5081 Lantana Road, Lake Worth, FL 33463 Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Crew Lead to manage daily lawn maintenance operations. This is a hands-on role leading a crew in services such as mowing, blowing, trimming, and general property upkeep. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, and can identify areas for improvement on-site. You will schedule work, supervise your crew, communicate with clients and management, and assist in estimating new maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew performing routine lawn maintenance (mow, blow, trim) Schedule daily work and manage time and tasks efficiently Monitor property conditions and report issues or recommendations Estimate time and cost for new properties and service add-ons Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Communicate clearly with clients and office team Maintain equipment in good condition and report any malfunctions Model and enforce company standards and values Requirements Valid Florida Driver’s License (required) Fluent Spanish speaker (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or crew leadership Ability to operate commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors year-round Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Basic comfort with mobile work apps or job tracking tools Our CASA Values We expect every team member to live our values on and off the job: Communication
