Full Job Description Job Opportunity:

Groundskeeper We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for a full-time groundskeeping position at a private estate in the Palm Beach, FL area. This is a unique opportunity to assist in the maintenance and enhancement of a beautiful 3-acre property. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on worker with a solid understanding of landscaping principles, including fertilizing, edging, and identifying property-specific challenges to ensure stability and aesthetic appeal. This role will focus on the overall maintenance of the grounds, including:

• General landscaping maintenance Zoysia grass maintenance knowledge Vegetation maintenance knowledge
• Outdoor cleaning, including leaf removal and upkeep of the front and back areas
• Raking as needed
• Assisting with the upkeep of the pool and tennis court areas
• Maintaining jasmine edges and performing regular trimming
• Collaboration and assistance with outside vendors While some prior knowledge in groundskeeping is beneficial, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

The schedule will generally be , with approximately 40-50 hours per week, with some flexibility required for weekend needs.
