Position Overview:

We are currently hiring experienced individuals who specialize in:

• Irrigation installation and repair, including PVC and flex pipe, sprinkler head layout, system adjustments, and timer programming
• Concrete work, including pouring walkways, pads, curbs, and custom finishes
• Landscape installation, including sod, rock, mulch, plants, edging, grading, and proper weed barrier placement This role is physically demanding and hands-on.

You must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Mix, pour, level, and finish concrete for various hardscape features
• Perform professional-grade landscape installations using detailed plans and layouts
• Load and unload materials, maintain tools, and keep the job site organized and safe
• Work efficiently and respectfully as part of a team
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in irrigation, concrete, or landscaping
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and remain on your feet for extended hours
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

Compensation:

• Pay is by the job, not hourly
• Earn up to $700 per job, plus bonuses when applicable
• Paid immediately once the client pays and funds clear
• If you quit early, 25% is deducted from your total job pay, plus an additional 25% per remaining day missed

• Example:

  Walk off on Day 2 of a 4-day job? You lose 50% plus all bonuses

• If a job runs long, pay stays the same — we value efficiency
