We specialize in landscape design and full-service outdoor installations. This opportunity is for those who show up, work hard, and do things right. No drama. No excuses. No babysitting.

Compensation:

☆ Pay is by the job, not hourly — varies based on size and type.

• Up to $700 per job, plus bonuses when applicable.
• Paid immediately once client pays and funds clear.
• Quit early?

25% is deducted from total job pay plus 25% per remaining day missed. ■ >

Example:

Walk off on Day 2 of a 4-day job? You lose 50% + all bonuses. If a job runs long, pay stays the same — we value efficiency.
