Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter (Part-Time) 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 Integra is currently seeking a Part-Time Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of an apartment community. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and overall appearance of the property.
Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance:
Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming bushes to maintain a clean and manicured appearance.
Litter Removal:
Regularly patrol the property to collect and dispose of litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas and walkways.
Trash Collection:
Empty and clean trash receptacles located throughout the property, ensuring proper disposal and sanitation.
Sidewalk and Parking Lot Maintenance:
Sweep sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
Light Maintenance Tasks:
Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs as needed.
Pool and Recreational Area Maintenance:
Clean and maintain pool areas, recreational facilities, and outdoor amenities to ensure they are safe and inviting for residents.
Seasonal Tasks:
