As a Campus Landscape Technician, you’ll take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and visually stunning outdoor spaces across our properties. Position Responsibilities Own the day-to-day upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and exterior areas. Mow, edge, trim, and water lawns and green spaces. Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers to keep our landscape vibrant. Rake leaves, remove litter, and clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety regulations. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems. Monitor grounds for signs of disease, pests, or environmental stress. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Report any damage, hazards, or necessary repairs to management. Here’s What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar work is a plus. You’re comfortable using tools and equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.). Basic understanding of horticulture and grounds maintenance practices. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Outdoor work environment. Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
