Operate power tools safely for various gardening tasks such as tilling, pruning, and weeding. Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases that may affect growth. Collaborate with team members to design and implement landscaping projects. Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to assess needs for maintenance or improvement. Requirements Previous experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation systems and greenhouse operations is a plus. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and plant care best practices. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a passion for nurturing plants and creating beautiful landscapes. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
