Working alongside the Foreman/Crew Leader and Production Manager, Gardeners perform services such as mowing, hedge and tree trimming, planting and weed control at residential and commercial locations. We are looking for experienced gardeners with a passion for customer service and a focus on detail and quality

Responsibilities include:

Leaf Rake Broom Shovel Hand Pruner Backpack Blower Line Trimmer Hedge Trimmer 30 Inch Mower and height adjustment 36 Inch Walk

• on Lawn Mower 52 Inch Walk
• behind Lawn Mower Loppers Pruning Saw Cut turf using various sized power mowers, trimming and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas-powered blower.

Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed to improve the shape or growth habit or to remove damaged branches. Plant and maintain flower beds. Properly and safely operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences and other objects. Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris onto the turf before mowing. Mulch the leaves and organic matter when mowing. Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe.

Requirements include:

Requires High School Degree or GED 1 year of Landscape/Lawn Care experience Valid FL driver’s license a plus Excellent communication skills

• must be able to read and write English
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Maintains a clean and safe job site. Ability to perform the physical demands of the position including regularly lifting to 80 pounds, standing, walking, crouching, stoop/kneeling, and reaching with hands and arms.
