The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining a well-kept golf course and beautiful grounds, ensuring that our course is well-kept and inviting. This role involves a variety of tasks related to golf course maintenance, including mowing fairways and tee boxes, grooming sand traps, and other general groundskeeping duties. Responsibilities Ensure all aspects of golf course is properly maintained to standards Perform regular course maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks Irrigate course and grounds to ensure proper hydration and growth Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as directed by Supervisor Assist in the implementation of maintenance projects as needed Monitor the health of course and report any issues such as pests or diseases Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter Requirements Previous experience in groundskeeping is a real plus and preferred. Will also consider landscape maintenance experience. Proficiency in using power tools (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) and hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes). Knowledge of course care techniques, including fertilization and pest control methods is a real plus Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
Good physical stamina:
