Positive and supportive leadership Team atmosphere Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Grounds Maintenance Tech located in Largo, FL at Beaches USA Rentals & Management. Grounds Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing routine grounds maintenance such as but not limited to: blowing off outdoor areas, skimming pools, rearranging outdoor furniture, cleaning gas grills, some pressure washing. Grounds tech will be driving a company issued vehicle during work hours , all equipment will be provided for tech use.
The position is:
Thursday – Sunday 10am-4pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Some grounds maintenance preferred Team player Motivated Self sufficient Dependable Must have a Valid USA Drivers License Pass a background check

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
