We are looking for a greenskeeper to join us at our award-winning KOA Campground. We are conveniently located directly off US 19 in Palm Harbor. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge and experience in groundskeeping, irrigation, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean, neat, and well-maintained
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and prune shrubs and trees
• Plant flowers, trees, and other plants to enhance the landscape
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Use hand tools to perform various tasks such as raking leaves, shoveling snow, and spreading mulch
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
• Remove weeds, pests, and debris from the grounds
• Maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects

Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining irrigation systems, sprinklers, timers
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices
• Familiarity with operating power tools used in groundskeeping
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
