Landscape Crew Member NE lawncare , LLC Saint Petersburg, FL 33704 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and hardscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools effectively to complete landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Perform tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape designs and installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met. Requirements Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating equipment and tools safely. Experience in landscape maintenance, including tree care and hardscape installation. Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools relevant to landscaping tasks. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
