The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and care, ensuring that our clients’ properties remain attractive and well-kept. Duties Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the installation of landscape features including plants, trees, and hardscape elements. Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf. Irrigate landscapes effectively to ensure optimal plant growth and health. Engage in groundskeeping activities including weeding, mulching, and debris removal. Dig trenches or holes for planting or installation purposes as required. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Build landscape structures such as retaining walls or garden beds as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with using power tools and equipment related to landscaping is advantageous. Basic knowledge of horticulture principles, including plant care and irrigation systems, is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed for landscaping tasks.
