The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, hardscape installation, and tree care, ensuring that our clients’ properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Operate power tools and equipment safely, including blowers, trimmers, and mowers. Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscape needs and preferences. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools related to landscaping tasks is essential. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and health assessment is beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
