VRSI is in partnership with Quality Staff, LLC, and is looking for a skilled and reliable Crew Lead Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various landscaping tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of landscape crew members. Inspecting work to ensure quality. Ensuring safety procedures are followed. Train landscape crew members Operate landscape equipment and heavy machinery. Maintain landscape equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for the job. Knowledge of landscape practices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Supervisor and shift lead knowledge. Must have your own reliable transportation and clean driving record. Ability to lift and handle heavy objects as required. Ability to handle working in the heat and sun. Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented.

Pay Rate:
