Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and pays attention to detail. As a crew member, you will assist with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We also preform tree work so it’s a plus if you are handy with operating chainsaws.

Responsibilities:

Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain clean and professional appearance of all job sites Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor

Requirements:

Previous lawn care, tree work, or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to and from the shop or job sites Strong attention to detail and a good attitude Must be at least 18 years old

Hours:

15-30 hours per week (flexible depending on the season and tree work load) Typical work days: Monday-Friday Morning start times

Pay:

$17 per hour, depending on experience Opportunities for raises and growth within the company
