Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Lawn Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Trim shrubs and plants
• Mulching
• Conduct regular groundskeeping duties such as weeding, planting, and watering
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work outside in the heat for long periods of time
• Previous experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping or related field preferred, but not necessary
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, such as backpack blowers and full containers of debris to the truck
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
