The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring high-quality lawn care services are performed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations. Must have prior experience with a valid license and clean driving record. Our crew leaders are salary to ensure that they are compensated during the winter months.
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of lawn maintenance crew.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs and routing.
- Train and mentor crew members on safety procedures and best landscaping practices.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding project updates, changes, or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Ensure job sites are clean and presentable upon completion of work.
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies at all times.
