⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Xeroscape Property Maintenance Needed – Light Weeding, Watering, Small (Kenwood) ‹ image 1 of 2 › compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience Xeroscape Property Care – Part-Time Gig (4-5 Months) We are looking for a reliable, experienced person to maintain a xeriscaped property with established plants, ferns, and ground cover over the next 4-5 months. Must have experience working with native plants.
Duties include:
- Light weeding in mulch beds and xeriscape areas
- Occasional watering and checking irrigation as needed.
- Mowing a small lawn area (about 12′ x 18′)
- Keeping stepping stone paths with mulch, patios and walkways free of weeds.
- Light Glossify (herbicide) application every few months to ground jasmine only in the front of the house.
- General plant and property care (no planting or landscape design)
Requirements:
- Experience maintaining xeriscaped or low-water landscapes
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Must bring own basic equipment (weed whacker, small mower, hand tools)
- Must provide two forms of ID, including one photo
ID Schedule:
Flexible, but care should be regular (weekly or 2-3 times a month)
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience. Possible bonus if the property looks great at the end of the period.
