We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team as a seasonal team member with the opportunity to become a long term team member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, installation, and enhancement, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Skills Experience with landscape maintenance techniques and practices is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in landscaping work. Ability to dig and prepare planting areas effectively. Familiarity with hardscape installation methods is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
