The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including the use of hand tools and power tools, as well as performing hardscaping and irrigation duties. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens. Assist in the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Irrigate landscapes effectively to ensure healthy plant growth. Conduct groundskeeping duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of properties. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is advantageous. Knowledge of lawn care practices, garden maintenance, and irrigation systems is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
