Grounds Crew Member Tree Cowboys and landscaping llc Navarre, FL 32566 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our customers landscapes, ensuring that all grounds are kept in pristine condition. This role requires outdoor physical labor! Responsibilities Perform routine Service of equipment . Greasing , checking oil/fuel levels Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment for landscape maintenance effectively and safely. Assist with tree care activities including trimming and removal as necessary. Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Operate skid steers /chippers and chainsaws effectively and safely. Experience Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Experience in landscape maintenance practices including tree trimming and garden care is advantageous.
