This role is critical to ensuring that our lot is organized, vehicles are well-maintained, and our customers receive the best possible experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Vehicle Organization & Quality Control:
Organize vehicles on the lot according to dealership display standards. Perform quality control checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet showroom and delivery standards. Monitor vehicle fuel levels, cleanliness, and overall condition.
Delivery & Transportation:
Deliver parts, vehicles, or other items/products as needed to customers, vendors, or other dealership locations. Coordinate and transport vehicles to and from service departments and body shops.
Grounds & Inventory Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly lot by moving cars, clearing debris, and performing basic groundskeeping tasks. Support with garbage collection, dumpster enclosure cleaning, and general property upkeep.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
