The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping to ensure that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass. Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls. Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment necessary for landscaping tasks. Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote growth while conserving water. Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and mulching. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and health assessments. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
