Landscaping/lawn care The Worker Man LLC Saint Augustine, FL 32092 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment to ensure lawns and gardens are healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth. Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively, ensuring proper water distribution for optimal plant health. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and gardens to identify issues such as pests or diseases and implement appropriate solutions. Build and maintain garden structures such as raised beds or trellises as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in lawn care and gardening tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality work. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
