Role Description As a Lawn Care Crew Member at Egan’s Services, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard care. You’ll work outdoors in a team environment, using professional-grade equipment to ensure each property looks its best. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in an outdoor setting. Qualifications Lawn care maintenance skills (experience is preferred) Landscaping and gardening experience Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of operating lawn care equipment and tools Team player with good communication skills Reliability and punctuality are essential Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Someone who takes pride in their work and can problem-solve on the job A valid driver’s license is a plus.
