The Make Ready Technician assists in preparing vacant apartments ready for new occupancy (general repairs, painting, cleaning, etc.) and performs janitorial and grounds keeping duties to ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
Job Description :
To be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the property and all areas related to the day-to-day upkeep of the community. Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Cleaning of common areas including grounds, restrooms, offices, fitness center, gym, media room, etc. 2) Cleaning and painting of vacant move outs to return them to move in condition. 3) Basic repairs (appliance, plumbing, electrical) 4) Assist Maintenance Team with refurbishing of vacant apartments prior to occupancy. 5) Maintenance of grounds such as picking up trash, pet waste, emptying trash cans & pet stations, etc. 6) Other responsibilities as determined and delegated by the
