The ideal candidate will possess a background in landscape maintenance and irrigation, with hands-on experience in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working outdoors, performing essential tasks that contribute to the beautification and upkeep of landscapes. Responsibilities Install and maintain irrigation systems Laying sod Digging holes and trenches Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify maintenance needs or issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and equipment Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related field is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely Ability to dig, irrigate, build, and maintain various landscape features effectively Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in outdoor conditions Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day
